Your 9199 account Login

Why Is Logging In to 9199 Safe?

9199 is one of Bangladesh's most trusted gaming platforms. Millions of members log in every day with confidence, backed by industry-leading security standards. Your password is stored with SHA-256 hashing — not even our staff can see it.

Every login session is secured with a unique token. If you're inactive for a set period, you'll be logged out automatically, preventing anyone else from accessing your account from your device.

What to Do If You Have Login Issues?

Having trouble logging in? Don't worry. Most login issues can be resolved quickly and easily:

• Forgotten your password: Click the "Forgot Password?" link. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Forgotten your mobile number: Verify your identity with the support chat team.
• Account Locked: 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts will lock your account for 30 minutes.
• Not receiving the OTP: Wait a few minutes, then try again.
• Login Issues on the App: Update the app or clear the cache.

Access the Mobile App

Logging in is even easier with the 9199 app. Both Android and iOS devices support biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID), so once it's set up, you won't need to type your password every time.

• Android: Install the APK from the 9199 app download page.
• iOS: Open 9199 in Safari and add it to your home screen.
